Hello Pack 618!
Thanks again to everyone who came out for Blue & Gold yesterday. The cakes looked awesome, and we are very proud of all the boys who earned their rank advancements!
A couple of reminders:
First, Scoutorama is THIS SATURDAY (FEB 28) at University of Phoenix Stadium! It's an awesome carnival of games, scout craft, music, etc etc. Our pack is hosting a booth for building pinewood derby car stands, and we ask boys to help staff the booth at the following times:
9-10: Phoenix
10-11: Pythons
11-12: Night Wolves
12-1: Bears
1-2: Wolves
2pm-Teardown: Tigers
(Also note that the Lego Experience is going on inside the stadium at the same time, so it's a great opportunity to take in both events.)
Second, please don't forget to register for Camp R-C. A large group from our pack is attending Session 4 (Father's Day weekend, June 18-21), and you can reserve a space for $100 (non-refundable) by clicking here. The camp does sell out, so I strongly recommend that you reserve a spot now if you are even thinking of going.
Finally, if you are interested in becoming more involved with our pack, our monthly planning meeting is next Monday night (location TBA) at 7 pm. We should be done no later than 8:30. Just email me if you are interested in learning more.
Thanks again to everyone who made yesterday's meeting so great, especially Debbie Bagley and the Volunteer Committee! We've got an awesome pack, and was great to celebrate with all of you!

PS --> if you don't feel like sewing the rank badges and quality unit strips that your son earned yesterday, Rhonda at Scottsdale Sewing does an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. She can be contacted at rhonda@scottsdalesewing.com.

Hello Pack 618!
Reminder that our annual Blue & Gold Banquet is this Sunday at the Millennium Resort in Scottsdale. Please plan to arrive at 3 pm.
If you have not yet reserved your dinner tickets, please email Debbie Bagley immediately! We need to give the Millennium a final headcount so we have enough food.
Don't forget to bake a cake (nut free, please!) for Cub Scouting's birthday!
Looking forward to seeing you all on Sunday!

Hello Pack 618,
Reminder that Scouting for Food is TOMORROW. Every den is covering a different neighborhood at a different time, and hopefully you've all received that information from your den leaders by now.
This is one of the main service projects that our boys participate in, and every year we collect a very large amount of food. It's really important for the boys to see what we can accomplish when we work together, so please do plan to participate.
Wear your class A uniform, and if you have a red wagon or the like please bring it. Remember that we are only collecting food that is non-perishable and non-breakable, so no glass and nothing that needs to be refrigerated.
Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow!
