Rocket Launch is STILL ON!. The last weather report that I saw called for light rain starting around 3 pm, and we should be finished by then. But if the weather does turn worse before that, PLEASE WATCH YOUR EMAIL.
Please park in the Costco lot. There will not be enough parking in the park itself, and people will complain if we park in the neighborhoods.
There are no restrooms in the park. We've rented a single PortaPotty that we will all have to share, so please plan accordingly.
Don't forget to bring:
* Your son in yellow t-shirt (No uniforms today; if you don't have a yellow shirt yet, we will have them for you at the launch.)
* A full bottle of water. (We will have the big jug for refills.)
* Your rocket
* Lawn chairs, weather appropriate clothing
We will start promptly at noon at Coyote Basin Park (2730 E Beardsley Rd).
We will start with flags, followed by lunch, soccer and rocket launching. We hope to be done within a few hours.
