In order to make this a fun and fair event, this document describes the process and rules in detail. Our pack's racing rules mimic those for our council, so that if your scout qualifies to race at a higher level (outside of our pack) his car will meet the qualifications of that level.

I think the district derby is actually scheduled for March 17, not March 12.
