Hello,

My name is Matthew Graham, I am the new Camp Director for R-C Cub Scout Adventure Camp! I wanted to reach out to our registered parents before you came to R-C this upcoming Thursday.  If you are a leader who registered for multiple families, please make sure to forward this on!
Items to Complete and Bring to Camp:

·         Hawaiian shirts for day four’s R-C Challenge!
Please also be sure to check the weather at “Christopher Creek, AZ” and pack accordingly, as sometimes we do get a bit of rain up here in the mountains!
Some campers have missed the turn in to our camp as the sign isn’t right on the road.  When driving from Payson, we are just before Christopher Creek.  When you see the construction signs and the highway merges to one lane, you will want to turn right just before that.  If you do that, you will be turning right into our camp!
If there are any special accommodations your unit needs during their stay here, please let me know so that we could take care of it or help set your unit up.  I know sometimes people need outlets for medical devices, or have injuries that don’t allow them to walk the hills, so I’d like to prepare for these issues ahead of time!
Check in is this Thursday, June 18th, at the dining hall. It will be starting at 1:00pm, and ending at 2:30 pm, with orientation beginning at 2:55 pm!  If you will be running late, please check in immediately at the Nurses Cabin.
